Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions, with the exception of Warranty, do not apply to Custom Optics or modified Catalog Products. Please contact JML Optical with questions regarding Custom or modified Catalog Products.

Payment Terms

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. We also accept prepayments. Your card will be charged when your order ships. With prior credit approval, we will extend terms of Net 30 from Date of Invoice.

Minimum Order

There are no minimum order requirements.

Prices

All prices are listed and payable in US dollars. No taxes or duties are included in the listed prices. Applicable sales taxes will be added unless we have your resale certificate on file. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Return shipments must be prepaid and documentation must be enclosed describing any problems in detail. With your instructions, please include the original Purchase Order number or JML Optical invoice number. There is a 20% restocking charge for non-defective returned goods.

Warranty

All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. During this period, JML Optical agrees, at its sole option, to repair or replace the product, or to credit the customer for the amount of the original purchase price. JML Optical does not assume liability for incidental or consequential damages, and JML Optical’s liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount of the purchase price of products furnished by JML Optical. The foregoing warranty represents JML Optical’s sole warranty with respect to its products, and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
